Liked: 1. Perfect location2. Very helpful, very polite, very welcoming staff and owner
Disliked: 1. The cleaning of the room could be much better2. The limited space in the room can be easily compensated by a simple solution of additional hangers, shelves, hooks - simply at the entrance and/or shelves above the bed. There was nowhere to put things, clothes or hang a coat.(Only one very small wardrobe in room entrance3. The breakfast can be improved by adding some fresh fruits, freshly cooked croissants,using a bit bigger (at least 250ml) glass for juice, more qualitative (more natural) sausage, and - the most important - more qualitative- not instant nescaffe coffee.I suppose it is not a problem (not too expensive) for today to have normal coffee machine - like Delonghi

Remembrance Day Stay

Liked: Friendly welcome & nothing was too much trouble. Clean room & bathroom with tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was excellent = Happy Customer
Disliked: The room, 1a, was a double room, which was a bonus for me as a solo traveller. The room is quite tight with space, but I expected this anyway.

Top location and friendly staff!

Liked: Top location, walking distance to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. Good service and friendly welcome!It is an old building so the rooms and stairs are small and there is no lift (which is not uncommon in London), but the most is made of the room's space and it has all you need for a (short) stay. The room was clean and had coffee and tea making facilities. The breakfast was basic but nice and sufficient. I would definitely stay again!
