Liked: The staff were all great especially Liam in the restaurantThe building, architecture and position/view from our room
Disliked: As there is no lift more assistance carrying heavy bags would be helpfulOn Friday we experienced a very long wait for our meal and perhaps also as there was a shortage of staff three toilets had not been cleaned

I love staying here, but...

Liked: I have stayed here three times and love staying here, it is always relaxing, however…..
Disliked: I was in room 10 in the attic, and due to the wind there was a loud banging all night from the roof that kept me awake. I told the staff in the morning but they just said they’d get somebody to look at it.

Wonderful stay and very dog...

Liked: Beautifully decorated, steeped in history. Wonderful, warm welcome, including the dogs! Excellent location with amazing sea views. Felt like we’d slept on a cloud, finer touches of luxurious linen and comfy bed simply glorious!
Disliked: Nothing, totally perfect.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good both the food and the staff. Room 11 was great. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The plugs sockets in the room were awkwardly placed. While it didn't bother me, there's no lift.
