Great location , lovely hotel...

Liked: Location was excellent easy access into Ramsgate, the beach and tourist attractions.My room was lovely (Room 7) with dual aspect looking over the sea and harbour.Lounge area was pleasant to sit in.Staff were very pleasant.
Disliked: The dining room had a dull decor felt very utilitarian. I had to search for condiments at breakfast (sugar and salt and pepper) . Public parking was a bit of a nightmare would hate to find somewhere to park in high season.

Stylish hotel with great views...

Liked: Amazing location on the cliff top, with lovely harbour views from the front rooms. The public spaces are laid back and stylish, especially the guest lounge, which, again, looks out over the harbour. Spacious dining room and great breakfast. Staff were all exceptionally friendly.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.

Customers punished for using Booking.com

Liked: As I booked through Booking.com the hotel informed me that I had to pay extra for breakfast.Left with empty stomachs and feeling very frustrated.

A beautiful last-minute break on...

Disliked: The lighting in our room (13) was not enough to read by and was insufficient in general. However, the manager/main receptionist did address the problem by bringing a large lamp up several flights of stairs.We knew that we would be on the top floor but booked it anyway as it was the last room left for the night we wanted.
