Liked: the house maid was very helpful with the two requests i had (thank you, if i knew your name id mention it). friendly check-in and quick. manager was out both times i called but reassured me that hed be there within 10mins. overall the service was excellent ☺️
Disliked: no iron or ironing board. A bar of soap was all that you get in the way of toiletries.1 powerpoint in the room. Room had "no view" of the city.....as stated on the studio room that i booked. For the price and location you cant really complain and next time ill know what to bring.

Poor

Liked: No breakfast- just a bad mattress with a lumpy base. The walls were thin and I heard a snorer all night long. When you open the widow you get Major machine noises and smoke wafting into the room.. I paid WAY too much for this sorry experience!And if you stay past 10am you are charged escalating rates!

Exceptional

Liked: very quite. better than hoped for. No pub noise, no street noise. Clean facilities, not an 'old run down pub' feel

It was a pleasant stay...

Liked: Place and location are good however Website offered food and when we asked about food they said there was one -even outside on the wall offered food so it was a little disappointing - other than that the staff were awesome and friendly.
Disliked: no food onsite but website said there was and signs outside - so was a very disappointed - thanks

Disliked: Small room. Several items in disrepair.

Cheap- run down but comfortable.

Liked: Comfortable and quiet. Had microwave and fridge.
Disliked: Website had a menu for food, but it was outdated and they no longer do food. Disappointing I had to go out again.
