Truly dissatisfied
Liked: Nothing ! This needs a much needed refurbishment! Run down and dated
Disliked: Everything! We literally walked in and walked out! It had a damp smell to it, the door handles going into the rooms were filthy. I couldn’t have slept in that bed ! The pillows were old and flat. The duvet cover was ripped awful! bathroom as well has seen better days! Rusty soap dishes. None of the electrical items had test certificates on them . It was the worst place I’ve seen in a long while! £114 wasted . We booked into a premiere Inn nearby it was supposed to be our anniversary weekend. Very very disappointed!

The low price is no...
Liked: Location was central and there were basic cooking facilities. Large room with high ceiling.
Disliked: Very humid, the windows were all in water all the time. There was a dehumidifier in the room, so obviously the people who run the hotel are aware of the problem, but can't solve it. Smells in the bathroom. It was cold in the room most of the time, as the heating was not really working. Worn out towels, worn out fixtures. Nobody cleaned in 3 days or changed towels.
