A perfect choice!

Liked: Everything was superb! The luggage drop-off was convenient, the parking wasn't far, the gal at the front desk (picture in pamphlet) was delightful, the glass enclosed breakfast terrace was delicious, and the hotel location was walkable to the old town. The entrance to the hotel was attractive.

Nice hotel in Chiavari

Liked: The location was really good, customer service very friendly and helpful, they did are best to satisfy all our requests.
Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was that the paid parking is about 3 blocks away from the hotel. Unfortunately it was raining during our stay so I got wet a lot.

Breakfast i wont forget :)

Liked: The best part of this stay was location and breakfast. Breakfast was super delicious and homemade - foccacia and pistaccio cake were to dream of. Location is also very nice, close to centre and beach. Overall I was glad we stayed here on our way home from Cote d'azur.
Disliked: The bed was not comfortable. But ok for one night.

Great location, good service and...

Liked: Very nice facilities, rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast at the rooftop terrace amazing! Lovely customer service that made us feel very welcome. Good location; walking distance to the old city and to the beaches. Parking was organized in the nearby underground parking and was convenient.
Disliked: Breakfast time some of the items were unavailable/ finished if you arrived in the middle of the breakfast time (especially brioshes)

Stella Del Mare and Chiavari…...

Liked: Excellent hotel, far exceeding the star rating.Friendly staff, from front desk to housekeeping.Rooftop terrace for breakfast was delightful, with views across the town. Good choice of food for self serve breakfast. DJ/ music entertainment one evening was a great bonus, as was the on site restaurant.Easy access to the train station, beach front, shops and restaurants. Historical city with great architecture, and park areas. Recommended, will visit Stella del Mare/ Chiavari again in its own right.
Disliked: Nothing. The Hotel and Chiavari a perfect combination.
