Florence is a must see...

Liked: City centre to a beautiful location. Older but well maintained.

HORRIBLE

Liked: ofc location is good but consider voice after midnight in the street.
Disliked: Property listed private bathroom on their profile, but there is common bathroom with other guests, NO PRIVATE BATHROOM. This is HORRIBLE! If you don’t have a private bathroom why you SCAMMING TOURISTS? There is wifi yes but you can only connect if you’re near of that. In your room FORGET ABOUT WIFI! Whatever if you’re reading this as tourist who is planning to visit Florence, now EXIT THIS PAGE and take a look for other places.

Liked: Location was really fantastic with an amazing view out the window.
Disliked: Property is very old and in need of some maintenance, but cost and location make up for this.

Great location for the price...

Liked: Location of this hotel cannot be beat! Walking distance to the train station and everything we wanted to see in the city center. The value was also great and the staff made excellent recommendations for great restaurants off the beaten path.
Disliked: 68 stairs and no elevator that can accommodate luggage. NO WiFi except in the common area. Private bath room had a floor very worn and loud creaks with every step. Not the cleanest if you look closely at the tops of doors and in the corners. Towels felt like sheets.

Heart of city with no...

Liked: Gorgeous location , you can see Duomo from window , most thing you can explore by foot.
Disliked: Sound proof absolutely doesnt exist, my room was on second floor , and when double window is complitely closed , you can even hear when girl is walkind in high heels , and specialty noisy of people and musicans . For me its not a big deal , but its not recommended for a people who has difficulties with sleeping.

Great location, nice staff, clean...

Liked: The location is perfect. Easy walking distance and central to all the main sights, from Bobili Garden to the Academia Museum. Staff was friendly and it was clean and safe.
Disliked: The beds were firmer than our preference. I wish the showers had some sort of shelves or tray to put soap on. Multiple floors up via stairs or small one person elevator makes it more challenging if traveling with lots of luggage.
