Liked: The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and charming, very generous hosts. I loved the artwork around the hotel. I loved that the rooms were named after operas. Very fitting given the proximity of the plaza Verdi and the Teatro Communale. I loved the breakfast. Delicious and served with so much warmth and generosity and professionalism by the staff. I also liked the biscuits and slippers in the room.

Disliked: For an international hotel there were no English French Spanish TV Channels only Italian. There was sometimes a drain smell and you could hear the noise of the generator at night.

Wonderful location in the heart...

Liked: Everything went well, from check in to check out. We spent eight nights, and met probably all their staff, who were ever warm and helpful. They assisted with restaurants, events, transportation. Breakfast was carried in choices, all great. The room was tidied twice a day. Although we were in the heart of the University District with great student energy, the room was pin drop quiet. Bed was firm and comfortable. Excellent location, ten minutes from the central piazza and the Ghetto, with all the good restaurants, food stalls and shopping. We will be back. Ciao!
