Liked: The experience was great, the staff extremely kind and helpful. For example, the day of my checkout the trains were cancelled and they allowed me to go back in the room and stay there fore a couple of hours.

Cheap accomodation with great staff...

Liked: Value for money , location near to my meeting, very nice and friendly staff, fridge in room
Disliked: very tired room looks and feels old. beds were ok but not great

It was a comfortable place.

Liked: We only stayed 1 night as our plan was to go on a morning mini-hike in the mountains and then drive to Venice. We had an early breakfast (fruit, croissant, juice, muffins, yogurt, eggs) at 7:00 AM and enjoyed a wonderful authentic Italian espresso. Overall it was a comfortable place.

In need of modernisation

Liked: The food was great and the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location by the station with easy parking easy parking right outside
Disliked: The room was very old fashioned and although clean, didn't appear to have been redecorated for years. There was only one usable power point and that was with an adapter which the hotel had provided. The wardrobe doors didn't shut and kept swinging open.
