A warm location to be

Liked: Staff were very helpful, despite the fact that they do not speak English. They have gone out their way and tried their very best to find a taxi to take me to the airport in Venice early in the morning. . Travelling alone, this eagerness to help and smiles had warmed me up and lightened up my day.
Disliked: A copy of menu in English would be great! No menu at their restaurant. It is very local. Travelling is about enjoying food as well, would be good if they created one and for visitors whom do not speak local languages.

Liked: Authentic hotel in a small Italian town not far away from Venice. Very spacious room! Friendly hostess.
Disliked: Breakfast could be a little richer. Not really so critical.
