Liked: Very clean room and easily accessible. Not in a busy area but still near to everything.We have stayed there 5 nights and had numerous trips to the lake and other nice places in the area.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: Hairs between blankets, in the shower and bathroom.

Liked: Everything was great
Disliked: I only had a problem with their air conditioning, I think it’s been set up at only 22 degrees which isn’t chilled enough compared to how hot it is in bergamo. Also, it had a timer so it turned off from time to time. During my nights sleeping I was feeling hot just to realize the air conditioning had went off. Also, one reception guy wasn’t too nice to me, obviously I can’t speak neither understand Italian. When I paid for my stay, he gave me a receipt and I wanted him to just explain a few things on it but he looked mad and his tone changed.
