Liked: This was such a cosy spot and made better with all the complimentary inclusions such as travel passes for museums and transport, plus breakfast.

Liked: It was great to have air-conditioning in the room during the peak of summer! Although the condition of the room is not brand new and modern, it was fairly clean and spacious. Daily house-keeping is provided. Breakfast was served well, and the manager was kind to ask what I preferred for breakfast. The hotel also provided a travel pass, which allows free access on public transport, museums and gondolas in the south tyrol region.
Disliked: The location of the hotel is about 20 minutes away from the city center by bus, the nearest bus stop is about 5 minutes away by foot, if you don't mind the distance.
