Never again. Worst experience of...

Liked: It has a roof. The doors to the room are those of external doors in the UK. Felt slightly safer in the accommodation as staff left after 10pm and only returned in the morning.
Disliked: The accommodation emails guest before they have arrived the property that they expect reviews of 9 and above. This I have never seen done by any organisation in the world. Not ethical. Bed was child size in the twin room, the air conditioning did not work. So, really struggled to sleep. Expected to pay tourist tax again (in cash) despite the advert stating it was all included, when questioned the response was it was a different tax. Towels for the shower were paper thin. Lift to joining to the building at the back was slow. Walls very thin so everything can be heard from other guest rooms.No one is also available between 10pm and 7.30am at front desk. This could be a potential problem for travellers. Concerns also if a fire was to break out in the other building where the rooms that you could be trapped in.

Clean, comfortable hotel located close...

Liked: Clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast. Walking distance to the old city, good value. We were attending an exhibition at Fiera, which was 35 minutes' walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful, including arranging a taxi tp pick us up at 4am for the airport.
Disliked: The room was very warm meaning we needed to keep the windows open all night, which given the city location was a little noisy.

Liked: Very simple, clean and helpful staff. Well worth what you pay.
Disliked: It can be noisy from the road side of the hotel. Also, It wasn’t far out from the centre but if you don’t like walking then I suppose it is a little further.

Very pleased for the cost...

Liked: Close to the city center, 15/20 minute pleasant walk with places to stop and have a seat and coffee… or wine along the way. Clean, warm and for the price we paid we were very happy. They are as advertised, and truthful in their description and photos. Staff friendly and helpful. Is it five star … absolutely not, but they don’t claim to be ! It is a pleasant place to lay your head after a day of walking … absolutely in our opinion. There is a hospital across the road but we didn’t hear anything from about 8.30pm till the morning so didn’t disturb us at all.

Liked: Location is good, 20 minutes to city center. Staff is friendly.
Disliked: Toilet doesn't have fan
