Perfect stay for Xmas holiday

Liked: The hosts were very nice and helpful. Always checking for us to be satisfied and if we need something. Good italian breakfast. Everyday they cleaned our room and changed the towels. It was perfectly clean. The hosts are wonderful people.

Liked: The staff is very friendly and they speak good English, so there is no problem in case you don't speak Italian. They served a typical Italian breakfast with yogurt, sweet pastries, and coffee. You are offered a basket of different buns and toasts as well as freshly made chocolate or cream-filled croissants. They also have tea if you don't drink coffee. The location is perfect, close to the Agripolis campus, cafes, and supermarket.
Disliked: There is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your suitcase up and down stairs yourself. Despite that, the owner's son offered help with carrying them, and my family and I were grateful for that. They do not have a kettle, but they could make tea for you on the first floor. The hotel and the furniture are old, but the overall atmosphere and people here are nice.
