Nice little hotel nearby Trieste

Liked: Nice little hotel in the outskirts of Trieste.Plenty of parking spots, welcoming staff, adequately sized rooms, good tv with many channels, and typical italian breakfast with toasts, eggs, cold cuts, and sweets.
Disliked: Nothing big but the lack of a lift can be problematic with heavy luggage and I found the coffee at breakfast too dark

Liked: Great services, very clean, nice and neat rooms with espresso machine in the room. Amazing breakfast and very hospitable and nice owners. This was our second visit and we will come again.
