Perfect location and warm hospitality

Liked: Perfect hotel in the heart of Trieste!! The location is ideal - just steps away from everything. They served a wonderful and rich breakfast in the morning, with plenty of choices. My room was very clean, and the bed and pillow were incredibly comfortable, even though I suffer from a herniated disc. The surrounding streets can be noisy due to nearby cafes, but the sound isolation is great - as long as the windows are closed. You also get plenty of towels, which is always appreciated!A special thanks to the lady at the reception who welcomed me with a smile and such a positive attitude! It really set the tone for a pleasant stay.
Disliked: The only downside is that the furniture and interior could use a little renovation - it feels a bit dated. But everything works well and is fully functional, so it didn’t affect my stay.

Liked: Breakwast was great, rooms were nice and clean, location is good, all in all, great place!

Disliked: Bathroom wasn’t completely clean and the hotel would need some bits to be renovated

Liked: The location was perfect for me as I needed to be central. The staff at reception and at breakfast were helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: The room was truly disappointing: it was facing an internal courtyard and I had people standing right outside the room having a cigarette and talking. A dog was barking all the time. And I had to keep the curtains closed at all times otherwise people would look inside the room and there was no privacy. Also the shower box was so tiny I couldn't even wash my back properly. Finally, I could hear every door that would open and close when the cleaner was doing the rooms.

Disliked: the windows in the room and also the room door provide no soundproofing, nor wind protection..so it was like sleeping on the street... complete disaster in this view... you should upgrade that for guest comfort!

Basic and nice hotel in...

Liked: Great location not too far from Trieste Centrale, the train station. And in a quiet and peaceful street in the central part of Trieste. Great restaturants nearby.Great breakfast.
Disliked: A small room, and a narrow bed. But I got what I paid for.
