Worst

Disliked: Stains on the Carpets. The lampshade thorn. Unbilievable that this hotel is classified as 5 stars hotel. I was sent to park the car in a full private carpark so small that it was very difficult to get out and I even damaged my rental car trying to pull out. When I explained this to the lady from the reception she didn't even appologized not speaking about any kind of compensation. We had to check out very early in the morning (for the flight) before the included breakfest time but nobody offer us a breakfest box as expected. The night shift receptionist kindly offered to prepare cofee which of course we refused (no time for this)
