Great location but they need...

Liked: Great location to the Albany airport. We chose this hotel because of the park and fly option.
Disliked: Upon our return, we couldn't reach the hotel for airport pick up. We kept calling for over an hour before someone answered the phone.

Liked: The pool was ok but very messy and extremely hot !
Disliked: The owner of the building was absolutely a horrific man. He called us named, told us to get out of his hotel room because my boyfriend was not listed in the guest information, but she could've went about things and took a manner instead of throwing myself, and my two dogs out into the complete cold, rainy, upstate New York day. He was also chasing teenagers down the parking lot, calling them asshole little scumbag excuse my language.

Liked: Had parking for our car while on vacation. Had a shuttle to airport and picked us up when we got there. They did charge us for the car being there though.
Disliked: Put us in a room where there was a dog in next room. Whenever we talked the dog would bark at us. Switched to a different room that had two doors. One to hallway and the other to the pool area. People were at pool fighting outside our window. Rooms in our hallway were rented to long term stays and one had 6 people in it. They then gave our room to someone else who tried to get in. Manager then just unlocked door from pool side and walked in. Were told breakfast would be available before we left and there was none. Most of the time there was no one at the front desk. Alarm kept going off at front desk and they silenced it. Had a smell that we couldn’t place.

Liked: Great location, good size room- clean, quiet. Had an indoor pool. Had semi good breakfast. Nice gym space.
Disliked: Lightening outside the room was extremely bright. Lights stayed on all night and the curtains did not mask the light. Musty smell and laud heater.
