So bad , not for value of money

Liked: Room not good. Customer satisfaction is very bad, blanket not good , washroom so bad condition, smell in the washroom, no ironing stuff in the room, not tussi un room,not crockery in room too, not a shower gell, shampoo in washroom etc

I was very satisfied with my stay and will reccomend to people I know!

Liked: The property was large and had many facilities available for use including a grocery store and several pools.
Disliked: Our air conditioner did not work and while we were given a new room with a better air conditioner, it would have been nice to not deal with such a hassle overall.
