A great stay worth repeating.

Liked: The location is perfect. Within walking distance to Beaches, Ala Moana mall and restaurants.
Disliked: The room care could have been better: supplies and cleaning.

Liked: Rooms were super quiet, couldn't tell that there were any other guests on the floor. Loved having the balcony to sit on in the mornings and evenings. Cleaning staff was amazing, even folding clothes that my husband had left on the bed to go in his suitcase. Parking staff were great for valet parking.
Disliked: Rooms were not OCEAN VIEW. They had a partial ocean view, but we still had buildings in front of us that we had to look at. Wish they had more water bottle refill stations other than the one on the second floor.

Liked: am a return visitor--great location for retail therapy at Ala Moana shopping centre--especially Macy,s--you can walk down the ramp and through the carpark to the shops! Great partial view of the beach and sunset. Swimming pool convenient, Close to public transport
Disliked: The Concierge lady was not very helpful with public transport information about visiting Pearl Harbour--and never even mentioned the Disney War exhibition which was sponsored by the Ala Moana Hotel!The Coffee in the room was very weak and not enjoyable
