If you are seeking convenience,...

Liked: The property is convenient.
Disliked: The property itself is very basic, needs to be modernized. The lobby looks great with a Starbucks and restaurant/bar downstairs, but once you head into the elevators it feels like a motel room. The room is also very basic. Bring your own notepad and pen as there aren't any provided. You get just 2 pillows and the mattress is not very comfortable-seemed like it could've been replaced some time ago. There is no extra blanket in the closet and the lamps are all manually operated. Staff is mediocre.

Liked: Ocean view room reweals beautiful Ala Moana beach with stunning sunsets. Hotel is locaed within walking distance to Waikiki and close to Ala Moana transfer center with good bus conections to nearly anywhere in the island. Car rental agency is in the hotel. Staff is very helpfull and kind.
Disliked: Although very quick, elevators become extremely busy and crowded on days when hotel is fully booked.
