Home away from Home

Liked: Hosts Danilo & Gulia were very friendly and helpful. As soon as I booked, they contacted me, offering assistance and advice. I spent two wonderful nights at 'home' .The accommodation is very central to all the sights i wanted to see. The breakfast was well thought out & perfect for me. The garden outside was beautiful, perfect to rest and enjoy your coffee after a full day in Rome .

Liked: I had an amazing stay here. I really appreciated the communication and the wonderful breakfast. They both went the extra mile to ensure I felt safe and happy being a solo traveller. Danilo was always easy to reach and was open to answering any questions or concerns I had. Giulia and Danilo had breakfast ready for me to take away when I had a packed schedule which was very kind!

Liked: Danilo and Julia were so friendly and helpful, giving lots of suggestions about how to get around.
Disliked: No place to relax outside the room except the kitchen but this wasn’t a real problem.

Warm and friendly hosts, great...

Liked: Danilo and Gulia were amazing hosts. They were very accessible by WhatsApp as soon as we booked to provide recommendations and helpful information. They made us a full cooked breakfast and coffee every day. We had access to the kitchen at other times. The location was very convenient for visiting the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica. We were such a short walk to the Vatican security line that we were able to have a memorable visit for Christmas without too much trouble. Close to bus/train stops and walking distance to the center and Trastevere. The room was clean and comfortable with firm mattress, good heat, and good water pressure in the shower.
Disliked: There is not really anything I would change about our visit. If you are not interested in the Vatican or St. Peter's this might not be the ideal location for you.

Liked: The directions were clear to pick up the keys and to unlock the doors. The room was larger than expected and I they supplied everything I needed! I had a big and delicious breakfast every morning! Danilo was excellent at communicating and even helped me catch the train to the location and made it stress free! Upon arrival Guilia handed me a map and gave me several locations to visit and see that were in walking distance such as, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Vatican, Colosseum etc... I felt safe at all times and if I needed anything they were there to help. Danilo also helped me coordinate the taxi to the airport so it was stress free. I'll definitely be back!

Best stay we’ve had in...

Liked: The room was clean and inviting and the check-in/check-out process is very smooth. Also, the location is perfect: a short 5 minute walk from the Vatican!However, the real standouts are the hosts who were nothing short of incredible. They actively communicated with us ahead of our trip and were extremely helpful throughout our stay at the property including helping us with places to visit, booking us taxis, and preparing the most amazing home made breakfast every morning. When we visit Italy again, Al Ponte Del Papa will be our first stop!
Disliked: Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect.
