Liked: Location was good, a 10 minute walk from the centre of Florence. Communication was good; any questions we asked about our stay were answered promptly. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet.
Disliked: There was building work going on just outside the window so we didn't open the window so the room was quite dark but it wasn't noisy so didn't disturb us.

Liked: The room was clean and looked like in the pictures. The location is also good, especially if you wanna see the main attractions of Florence. Overall it met our expectations in matter of looks and confort.
Disliked: Although we booked the room in june, having breakfast included, we were announced that the place does not cover the breakfast anymore. Following this statement, we expected a lower price for our staying but there was no change. If you plan on sleeping during the day, there is a lot of noise, especially from the entrance door and the people moving around.We announced our check-in interval to be between 10-11 and one day before our arrival we were asked to confirm this interval which we did again. Despite this, we arrived at 10.20 and our room was not ready. We had to wait for an hour for the room to be cleaned and prepared for our stay.

Disliked: Toilet gurgled all night, especially when anyone else in building flushed toilet as the toilet water level dropped down. This was very loud in the room.
