Disliked: Kitchen not really equipped for self catering (unless you live on microwave meals), nowhere to sit except bed or bar stool, no coffee maker as advertised (one in the lobby for which you need to buy capsules at regular bar price)

Superb!

Liked: Our room was beautiful, extremely clean and very comfortable. As a matter of fact all the premises is extremely clean and the smell that greets you is so welcoming. Staff go out of their way to help you, are very professional and polite, whilst at the same time very friendly. We definitely highly recommend Ako Suites and would certainly return here when we decide to visit Barcelona again.
Disliked: The only thing that we didn't like was the lack of a real window to change the air in the room. There is a small flap high up but for us it was not enough. Otherwise all the rest was perfect.

Perfect stay

Liked: The room was perfect for us. It was large, very spacious and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette was well equipped for what we needed. The only niggle we had was the lift door occasionally got stuck on the 6th floor, we just went to the 7th floor and came down the stairs, but it didn’t affect our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed and it was great they did luggage storage so we could enjoy our last day after checking out before our late flight without worrying about our bags. Would highly recommend this hotel, the location is perfect for walking to some of the main attractions, the metro and buses are within a short distance, there is a supermarket round the corner and plenty of restaurants nearby.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like about the hotel.

Disliked: Glass bathroom pods not really suitable for two friends sharing

Exceptional

Liked: The facilities, staff and area was fantastic... price was reasonable, and asper the rest of the same hotels in the city.
Disliked: Nothing... all great

Easy to access, high security

Liked: Location is not far from the metro station and the hotel is easy to find. There are many restaurants nearby.
Disliked: We have booked 2 family rooms. One of the mattresses is dented seriously.
