Liked: Lovely, clean hotel and very close to Gran Via Street with a tube station 2 mins walk away. Gorgeous rooftop pool and bar with great views.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Very close to Plaza Mayor, Gran Via & the museums, Less than a half hour walk to Retiro Park!Small balcony looking out over the street but super quiet when the doors are closed.

Great for a short trip

Liked: The hotel was clean and modern. Well located by the metro and comfy bed. They made it a memorable experience as it was a birthday trip so they put some cake and wine in the room. Thank you so much!

Liked: Staff were very nice and friendly.
Disliked: Bed was a little stiff, could have been more comfortable. Restaurant / room service menu did not appear to cater to vegetarian needs very much. Mostly meat and fish.
