Liked: We had a great stay . So much we extended our visit by 2 days . Demetri and Vanessa at the front desk were extremely helpful. Overall a great experience. Only negative was expensive parking normal for this area .
Disliked: Parking costs

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean. There was no traffic noise
Disliked: I have never before in over 50 years of travel throughout the World had to ask to get breakfast which had been booked and clearly said so on the booking(which they agreed was what it said).It took 4 hours to get that decision , and the end resulas far from perfect. I acpted it as I knew I would get nowhere . The Desk Assistant had to ask the manager what to do, and then they contacted Booking. A good hotel would have just given me what I'd booked and forgotten about it, after all despite their high charges what is the real cost of a bowl of cereal , some milk nad maybe toast ,bacon and eggs? What the hotel gave me was $60 for the two of us for their shop which would not have bought a decent breakfast for two people at the prices they charge. Over and above , they did not apologise for not getting in touch with me and made it sound like they wer doing me a big favour instead of giving me what I was due. They also did nothing about when I said I couldn't get the room phone to work . We left the next morning, a day early for Miami .

Liked: Loved my room, exactly what I needed
Disliked: Only complaint was the music from the pool played all night and kept me up.

Disliked: The police of the hôtel is very bad not very good customer service … I won’t go back there for sure !!!

Liked: Location was great, quick access to all downtown hotspots. Rooms were bright and clean, think studio apartment more than hotel. There is a full kitchen area complete wiht stove top/oven and dishwasher. Combo washer dryer as well. Basic bathroom wiht tub/shower.
Disliked: The seating situation wasn't the best. There was a chair, small round table and a 2 seat bench, think restaurant booth style bench.No separate desk, so i had to use the table to setup my laptop for work. The only place to sit and relax was the bed.
