Overpriced for what it was

Liked: The lady at check in and the lady presenting breakfast were very pleasant, but the room and breakfast selection were poor for the price paid. I also expected breakfast to be included in the price of the room, and was astounded to be asked to pay extra. The extra breakfast charge was not validated by the quality of the breakfast.
Disliked: Accommodation was quite shabby. Shower head (room 20) would not stay on position. Toilet / bathroom quite small and cramped. Pillows too small and uncomfortable. Room temperature difficult to control : I prefer room cool and bed warm but duvet was too thin - I had to double it over, even though the temperature was not too cold outside.
