Liked: We enjoyed our stay at Aja Bad Saarow with our 2-years old son. The facilities for kids are really nice with a playground next to the restaurant and a children pool. The food was overall good with local and bio products. The rooms are well equipped and clean. We would go again.
Disliked: There was some lack of flexibility from the staff. First. We did not book for the half-pension as we were not sure we would like to go there and would decide once there. It turned out the restaurant was closed for guests who did not book it with no alternative aroundZ Some staff members did not listen to us. We had no sneak in, almost hide ourselves despite the fact that there were plenty of spots available, especially in the family area.In addition, my wife is pregnant and I tried to book a massage for pregnant women 1 month before but it was fully booked. This is one of the reason for picking this hotel and this was a gift. I asked many times to see if it was possible to get a slot. No one tried to help us. There was no pregnant woman in the hotel so it seems the massages were for non-guests of the hotel. They could keep some slots for the guests.

Disliked: We didn’t have a chance to leave as we didn’t feel well some days and the lunch options were not good. If during buffet time in the morning and evening I would be ok, midday food was bad.Also staff not the friendliest, there were friendly people working there but the feeling of being welcome was a bit lacking.

Great place, but no ac!

Liked: - Its clean and beautiful, sorrounded by amazing views,- food was great too.- Staff were nice and helpful.
Disliked: - There is no air conditioner in the rooms. It was extremely hot and not easy to sleep, which made our short trip uncomfortable.- there were no refrigerator, mini bar, or kettle in the room.
