Liked: location
Disliked: the water temperature was a long wait to get right. the room aircon was on 24 degrees so it was very hot when we arrived. no mention of lower ground floor when booking the room.

Great location and good room...

Liked: Nice and quiet location a ten minute walk from Victoria
Disliked: Most of the plug sockets in the room didn’t work. We had to hold the plug in by the mirror to use straighteners which was a bit awkward and struggled to charge phones. I did inform the staff so hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Liked: Comfy bed, clean and usable amenities. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: Being an old building, the staircase is very narrow, my single bed room was right at the top, up 3 sets of staircases. Not a problem for me but not suitable for anyone with mobility issues whatsoever, the final staircase was extremely narrow.

Liked: Great central location especially if you are flying into gatwick, has everything you'd need for a short break and normally cheaper than similar hotels nearby, also like how the tvs have screen mirroring as not all hotel tvs do

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: I am severely disappointed I spent £220 on a room in a basement that the sheets were dirty and stained and had a pub hair on I complained whilst they changed the sheets I waited outside where I saw the laundry of bedding just left outside it was disgusting and we was woken by load noise as we was right by breakfast room!! A disgrace and I have asked for a refund.
