Good location, good price, shame...

Liked: Location was good, staff were pretty friendly. Nice to have an ensuite for a good price, decent shower as well.
Disliked: Pretty sure the place had bedbugs. I'm covered in bites. First room I was put in looked onto pipes, smelled incredibly strongly of Deep Heat / Tiger balm and the plug sockets didn't work, so they finally moved me when I couldn't charge anything up. Got moved to an attic room 4 floors up with no lift. The room was fine except found blueberries and glitter on the floor so don't think it was cleaned that well, the curtain didn't cover the window as the ceiling was at an angle so lots of light came in at night, and I'm pretty sure the room had bedbugs as i've never got so many bites just walking round London before. Wifi didn't really reach the room I was in, it was OK for emails but did not work for video calls or streaming.

Liked: Best place in London . Clean, central. The accommodation is located in a very safe and residential area. The staff is very friendly, and assistance is guaranteed.
Disliked: Nothing

Superb

Liked: The location was so good, close to Buckingham Palace, Victoria coach station. Easy to access to everywhere we aimed to go.

Liked: The room didn't feel like it was cleaned properly and the chair was stained. The sheet had some stains, although looked and smelt clean.

Very comfortable

Liked: Perfectly situated for the coach station. Reasonable distance from the tube. We were in a subterranean room with very little natural light but that was preferable to being on the 4th floor with no lift.

Liked: Good location for where I needed room was tired and basic bathroom smelt fusty and shower head was full of limescale there was a huge hole in the bathroom door where it had collided with the room door room was very small bed was comfy but no pillow protector and thin cheap pillows overall poor quality for the price

Room would have been nicer...

Liked: Four flights of stairs to the room ( no lift).I struggle on stairs. Curtain not hanging well plus 2 holes in curtain. Dirt in shower. View was a concrete brick blocking the window.
Disliked: All I liked was comfy bed. Nice shower glad it was only for one night
