Liked: The location was very good, located at the center and near some venues. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The towels and bed sheets were dirty. Our room was next to the stairs’ door so every time a person entered to our floor we woke up.

What I expected and perfect...

Liked: The location is perfect, being right in the center of London, a short walk from Victoria train/tube and bus station. A few local shops, restaurants and pubs near by to facilitate your visit, as the facilities in the hotel are basic.
Disliked: The room was small - but i was expecting that. Great for a base/work visit not for a long term stay. No lift, but ask the staff! I was in the LG floor so could get my suitcase down but not back to the ground floor - so asked front desk and they sorted. Breakfast offer was basic - so went out for brunch.
