No coffee machine… no ice...
Liked: Never saw breakfast… only coffee until 10:00am. Kind lady brought a refrigerator to my room on the 2nd day of my five day stay.
Disliked: Carpet in the room extremely stained… bath tub was scary…paint peeling… probably was a great place 30 Years ago… now looks run down and depressing.

Great convenient hotel in need...
Liked: Great spacious hotel by the van nuys,airport. Quiet and clean. Convenient location
Disliked: Hotel is older so it needs updating, change of all the old carpets in the hallways and need to open its cafe & restaurant.

Generally comfortable and mostly very...
Liked: The staff is really friendly. There was only one person that worked the front desk that wasn’t very friendly and seemed bothered by basic questions or needs. We were there due to fire evacuations. Most of the longer tenants were friendly. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Nice bathroom and a tub in the bathroom that was comfy. Outdoor space with a pool and jacuzzi. Great WiFi for streaming and such. Pastries and coffee in the lobby in the morning and water out all day. They went out of their way and ordered pizza for all the evacuees and I thought that was pretty badass.
Disliked: It was rather worn down but they did explain that they’re going into renovation mode for the Olympics so there’s that.

Liked: The lobby looked great. The staff was wonderful. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: No fridge, microwave , or coffee pot in the room. The automatic door to the back parking lot didn't work. We had to manually pull them open and close them. Breakfast was small Danish and coffee. The water pressure in the shower was low. We were on the second floor and there was no ice machine on the floor. Ice was in the lobby only. The parking lot had plenty of room but we didn't like that they charged us $13 to park there.
