Next time I will stay...

Liked: The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the airport. It's clean and quiet. The room was small but comfortable.
Disliked: I arrived at 21:30 in the evening, after a long walk around the area in the rain and the dark, to find a deserted hotel! I stood at the reception desk for about 20 minutes waiting for some sign of life! When the someone finally arrived, he was not very friendly but spoke English and checked me in rather quickly. For the price of the hotel, I expected better service and at least a bottle of water and kettle in the room, there was nothing! I had to pay for 3.50 Euro for a small bottle of water!! Room service includes only drinks, which are very expensive, so I went to bed hungry after a very long trip to get there. The air conditioner did not work, and the room was stuffy so I had to open the window, even though it was raining (at least the window opened).

Convenient and pleasant stay for...

Liked: I chose the hotel mainly for the convenient location thinking of an early morning flight. I was happily surprised, however, how nice the hotel was overall. It was very clean and calm, the room was rather big for just one person and the receptionist was very nice and helpful. Also, it was not loud at all despite the airport being right next door. The view from the room toward the mountains was rather nice as well

Liked: Pleasant chalet style hotel right by the airport. So had character and thus unusual for an airport hotel. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was ok. We were recommended by the hotel to have a meal in the Panorama restaurant in the airport and that was really good.

Disliked: Unfriendly staff. Not helpful.
