Liked: Firstly, this isn’t a reflection of the bar staff and the food at the restaurant which was as good as it gets for the price. Both being excellent.
Disliked: Front desk staff had no clue what was going on.Must pay for wifi away from the restaurant.Stuck in 1980

Liked: The location was perfect for travelling to the airport. The food was very good. The staff were friendly and attentive.
Disliked: Our only gripe was the noise from other guests.

Great price, ideal location would...

Liked: Great location as an over night stay if flying from Manchester, parking was included in the price, great selection of bar meals reasonably priced, comfy chairs to sit and relax also a restaurant on site if wanted more of a meal.
Disliked: Bathroom was reasonably small but did the job as only stayed 1 night and bed location wasn’t great one side was pushed up against the wall so couldn’t get around both sides.

Ok but room smelt of...

Liked: Ease of check in. Proximity to airport. Plenty of tea bags and milk, water and biscuits in one of the rooms.
Disliked: The room smelt like someone had recently smoked in it. Bed was uncomfy. Hard to find a carpark space. Water and biscuits only in one room..

Fantastic Stay

Liked: I read most of the reviews and I was ABIT unsure on what I was going to walk in to but honestly this place is fantastic. The staff were great and very helpful. The room was clean and fresh. The beds are comfy. The food was good, and overall we were happy with our stay. Free WiFi in the bar areaReceptionist help and booked myself and children out taxi to the airport and that was priced at £15.Smart TV in the room and we got a bigger room than I thought.
Disliked: Only thing I didn't like was the noise from other guests. You could hear everyone's conversations and moving around those from next door.Couldn't watch TV as had to be connected to WIFI to use and couldn't watch more channels 1-5.

Got around the problems up...

Liked: All the facilities you have down stairs are wonderful, we had a swim and played pool, had meals at your bar, lovely.Close to Wilmslow town.
Disliked: The elevator was not working from the ground floor up so had to carry our heavy bags up the stairs.Noticed a lot of repairs and maintenance needed especially up stairs ie: carpet sitting up and loose in hall with a loose floorboard underneath. Bathroom also needed attention, grouting, etc and if the shower curtain wasn't around far enough, the water would splash out over the toilet and all over the floor.
