Very pleasantly surprised. Would stay...

Liked: Excellent communication, friendly check in person, spotlessly clean, a little jug of fresh milk in the fridge, very helpful compendium.
Disliked: Maybe a heated towel rail would be nice but as I only stayed one night, not a big deal for me.

Liked: Staff member shuffled bookings around to allow us to stay longer even though busy.
Disliked: Not as nice as photos. Very old and worn, ripped sofa, stained carpet and pitted bench top amongst other things. Very noisy - the road goes on to motorway so constant traffic and across the road is a shipping container yard which bangs and crashes all through the night.

The place is well maintained....
