Convenient location but over priced.

Liked: Close to the airport, complementary bus to and from airport. Comfortable master bed.
Disliked: Very tired decor and building as a whole. Paint peeling off the wall in our main room. Breakfast range and quality of food was below standard. No hand towels provided to dry hands on our bathrooms, only flannels. No tea towels to dry dishes with. Very strong food smells in our room.

Disliked: You said you would provide airport pick up you didn't. They pillows were discussing with yellow stains. The toilet has not been cleaned on the upper back part of the toilet.

Great overnight place to stay...

Liked: Staff were friendly. The shower was amazing. The room was was a bit outdated but clean and comfy. A free shuttle to the international airport 24/7. Nice meals.
Disliked: The inroom phone didn't work. Their menu was on the expensive side. The lock on the outside door was broken and repaired with a very small slide lock. There was no chairs or table to sit on outside the room.

Liked: Location and they provided airport transfers, but very dated and dirty
Disliked: We had the 2 bedroom premiere suite room 130 it was very dated and dirty, no effort put into cleaning, I rewashed plates before using shower door didn’t close properly so water everywhere broken dirty freestanding fan in room one of dining chairs was unstable to sit on and the 2 sitting chairs in lounge part were dirty, we stayed as a stopover before heading back to Gisborne, have some pride in your business how embarrassing for overseas visitors, will never stay here again

Liked: The staff that did understand English were very accommodative. We enjoyed our breakfast to.
Disliked: majority of staff didn't understand English. Rooms could do with a revvamp, curtains had a lot of mold on them. Main door to room was sticky, had to barge into room. Shower was going from hot to cold constantly and shower also flooded bathroom a bit.
