Liked: Coffee and tea were nice.
Disliked: Taking heavy luggage up the stairs.

Exceptional

Liked: Great stay, friendly and helpful staff.There was a vending machine with some basic food and drinks - great idea!Free laundry, though payed for drying.Spacious rooms, good kitchen facilities, lovely beds.

Passable

Liked: Apartment was clean and tidy. The apartment was big and felt modern and well kept. Beds were comfy and linens were nice. Shower had lots of pressure.
Disliked: The receptionist's attitude lacked kindness and understanding. She was unapologetic about not being able to provide the shuttle service to the airport. It didn't start operations until after we needed to be at the airport. One of the reasons we booked at Delta was so we could make use of this.

Passable

Liked: The room was clean and was quiet. The shower was quite hot and there was plenty of water.
Disliked: The wifi was an absolute garbage. It was quite slow and they turn off from time to time. If you're a net user don't come here.

A very clean and comfortable...

Liked: It was clean, comfortable and spacious. It was close to Russley Village where I was visiting and very close to the airport.
Disliked: Very minor but the wardrobe didn’t have enough height to hang a dress. The communal washing machine was cold water only.
