Attentive and welcoming staff, dated...

Liked: The grounds are beautiful, my daughters and I had dessert outside then took an evening walk around the pond from the lodge all the way back around the main building, and it was delightful, especially with the provided property map and lanterns for when it got dark. Walking to and from breakfast at Harry's was refreshing, and we enjoyed exploring the property even if we did not use all of the amenities, like the pool or free bicycles parked everywhere. The staff at the front desk and Harry's were all wonderful and attentive. This place feels like it could be sitting on a gold mine with some updates and a refresh to the buildings.
Disliked: The rooms and buildings appear and feel dated and a bit run down especially the exteriors. I'm 6'4" and the showerhead hit me in the sternum, and the beds are quite small (fulls at best) but comfortable. We were on a corner room in the Lodge, and while the lounge is great when you are in it, hearing people talking in the lounge, or in the parking lot, from your bed like they were in the room with you was not very peaceful. Breakfast buffet at Harry's was underwhelming for the price. We were not here for a wedding, but there was one going on while we were there, and I feel like I would have been a bit disappointed with the upkeep and the appearance of the facilities if I was attending.
