Liked: Staff were all lovely and accommodating. Room was clean with a great range of amenities. The free room upgrade was such a nice treat. Can’t wait to stay again soon

Pleasant

Liked: Comfortable bed with lovely linen, nice bathroom with a good shower, toiletries and soft fluffy towels. Great location for the theatres and eating out. Short walk to the harbour and activities in the city. Parking available from reception (extra cost)
Disliked: We were in room 113 this was ticked in a corner. Window was frosted as it looked onto the side of a building. The room was very noisy 24/7 due to either an extractor fan or air con running. The room air con was also very noisy. We had to use it as we couldn't bear the window being open due to the outside noise. It was also a very dark room. I would refuse this room on future stays.
