Liked: The view was great, we received a room upgrade and was very spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful, awesome location.
Disliked: That I couldn't stay longer :) only downside was bathroom was a bit small

Liked: Staff were fantastic, really helpful and obliging. Bed was so comfortable and the location was ideal for the conference and also for walking to the Viaduct and Britomart for dinner.

Liked: Accessible friendly. Staff is super friendly (filo’s staff), location is superb, super clean and bed is comfy.
Disliked: I like everything. No complaints.

Disliked: Our key did not work once activated so we needed to get that reset.
