A highly recommended place to...

Liked: Excellent location. Best is the view from the terrace while having breakfast and the ancient baths—one of the best. There's also the climatised pool at the terrace.
Disliked: We would have benefited from a chair where to lay our clothes or sit, some alternative bin in the room and a door accesing the toilet properly closing. But that did not ruin our lovely stay.

Liked: Staff was rude at the beginning-after complain as room was dirty-they’re change a room-mirror was dirty -think the same-half clean -half _App-210No.Sheet in bed first day only one-next day—2-Tiered-to complain and show all problems-Pls pay Attention-for room and bed-for future Clients.
Disliked: Roof-was Nice-with pool and views

Liked: Nice rooftop terrace with heated water
Disliked: The whole Plaza de la Constitucion (where the hotel is situated) was under construction, with quite a lot of noise. No info about this until after our booking could not be deleted without loosing money, and nothing was done to compensate for this negative surprise and situation.

Fun but chaotic

Liked: Perfect location however nobody mentioned the building works being undertaken in the plaza it was very noisy dusty and difficult for parking you couldn’t drop off any bags and had to walk them from the car parkThe room was big and airy and the underground Hamman was absolutely fantastic with a fantastic massage and facilities brilliant!
Disliked: It was dysfunctional organised chaos the breakfast is on the roof terrace tiny space and you have to book the time you eat really good choice of food however warm plain omelettes and warm undercooked bacon is all that is offered as hot breakfast, the staff try their best but the space is so small and the floors are broken wood with cracks everywhere, the corridors are dark and dimly lit so not ideal. The restaurant was closed on the Thursday evening and no bar available this is a 4 star hotel with no drinks or food available?

Already looking forward to stay...

Liked: Location, comfortable beds and amazing spa. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: Could do with an update as when I think or Aire spa I think luxury.
