Disliked: The lift broke down a lot and it was confusing to get to our terrace room.

Liked: The breakfast was very nice. Toiletry quality.
Disliked: The room. It was extremely small and the "open bathroom" concept is really irritating. When using the WC you have to go into the room to wash your hands. The towels end up all over the place and there is no storage for toiletries whatsoever. The desk area is taken up by the sink and coffee marker. The heating is not controlled from the room, but by reception. So every time you want it warmer or cooler, you have to ask staff.There was only a sheet on the bed and a bedspread, no quilt or blankets, so not a cosy feeling. All the power points were in use by the bedside, so for phone chargers things had to be disconnected. The lights in the room where either very bright, or very dim, so as there was no bathroom, it was difficult to apply makeup. We booked a room for 2 people, and only had one glass in the room and 3 paper cups. The area outside the room was very dimly lit and extremely dangerous and dark.We were on the second floor and yes there's a lift, but not actually to the level of the room.There are no instructions on how to use the safe, it was different to the usual ones in hotel rooms.No privacy curtains on the window, so we had to leave the curtains drawn all the time as the room was very overlooked. There was only a coffee maker, no kettle and no milk. Will not visit again.
