Disliked: Bedroom only had 2 mini towels: 30x20 cmNo fridge in the room!Bed too narrow for 2 people: 140 cmBed was prepared with one blanket only: 135 cm wide. Of course we took a second blanket which was inside the cabinet, nevertheless we booked a double room and it had to be prepared accordingly!Mattress way too soft, gave back pain

Really bad hotel, not worth...

Liked: nothing worth remembering...maybe just the enormous price compared to the level of services
Disliked: They asked the guest to pay at checkin although we authorized the card. only after we told them it was a company card she managed to find it and then withdraw the money!!. why?? then I had to ask somebody to clean the room- they said that only after the 4th day they do that!!! and the floor was really filthy. Really poor breakfast- do they eat properly in Sweden? the curtain was hanging...teh AC can't be turned off!! why??

Disliked: i had misplaced my travel powerbank at the hotel lobby, one of receptionist knew it identified the shape color of it and told would check on it, she contacted internally conversed in their native swedish language and said sorry we couldntwhen i asked to check security cam they didnt take any measure to do so. Bad reputaion
