Decent value for no-nonsense stay.

Liked: The room was decently sized with two queen beds. Very modern/inside. There is room safe. It also is non-smoking. Only two floors (I asked for upper floor) so easy to walk to room. It is conveniently located close to the Reno-Spark Convention Center with ample free parking and close to the rooms (at the casino you walk through godzillon places to get to your room!). There is hair dryer, fridge, microwave. Shower head is decently high enough...6 2 person (me) can stand under neath it. The shower is a shower--no tub to soak or anything. It is also fairly narrow.
Disliked: This Best Western does NOT come with breakfast and for the price I was assuming it did when I booked (but I guess it is still cheaper than Reno resorts). There is a a restaurant that opens from 6am to early afternon that serves breakfast-type food--which I didn't try-- right below that is rated highly on Yelp. The outside looks dated like a motel (but inside is decent/updated modern as noted).

fabulous stay with great customer...

Liked: front staff was amazing!! anne marie was friendly, accommodating, warm, inviting, nice, sweet!!!! the room was spacious and bed was comfortable. plenty of additions such as a desk, microwave, and refrigerator enhanced the stay. blinds were dark enough to block out the morning light.
Disliked: internet was spotty and slow
