Liked: Comfortable bed. Pleasant staff. Wonderful shower.
Disliked: Insulation between rooms is poor. We were alarmed by the yelling in the next room. It sounded like a big argument in the next room with a woman screaming and yelling and crying with occasionally a male voice then some banging around. We reported it, fearing abuse. Your staff investigated and it turned out it was children screaming and yelling in the bathroom.

Great place, good price, great...

Liked: super friendly staff, nice bar on site, not too expensive, the room was great ! clean and comfortable.
Disliked: some strange smell in the halls, like cats or something. A funny location, easy to miss the turnoff.

On the way to the...

Disliked: Instructions on how to work the thermostat ... on that snowy night, I couldn't get it out of cooling mode. So we turned it off and were cold most of the night. A little heat would have been nice.

Liked: Did not buy breakfast (not included), as our favorite coffee shop was nearby. HVAC system was a bit quirky, but staff was very helpful. Room nice and quiet and comfortable once we figured the heat out. Gym nice. Near NAU.
Disliked: Lighting in bathroom made seeing neck to shave a little challenging.
