Liked: Compact hotel accommodation with high quality rooms and excellent inner city location. Very close to Pyrmont Bay Light Rail and direct access to George Street via Market Street pedestrian access and paths.

It was ok stay but...

Liked: Handy location. Staff quick to fix cleaning in room. Very nice smelling hand wash, shower gel and hair wash and conditioner. Nice biscuits with coffee pod machine and teas. Room decor very nice. Bed and pillows very comfortable.
Disliked: No carpark with hotel. All paid parking around area. Room extremely small. Room not clean. As in photos. No attention to detail of cleaning. Bedhead dusty window ledge dirty and dusty. Drips down glass shower screen from previous people from using toilet. Drain had bugs and hair you could see when sitting on toilet. Outside of tissue box and bin marks. Wet gooey patch in draw. Shower taps marks and door handle to bathroom marks finger marks. Did not like paying and parking opposite hotel.

Liked: staff was fabulous especially Vanua and Vincent. Loved that good tea and pots were used and that they provided tea facilities and even milk in the rooms. So close to all attractions. Lots of shops around, coles, a pharmacy and food
Disliked: room could use a comfortable chair to sit in
