It was an okay stay.

Liked: The continental breakfast was okay, although they should’ve used more fresh ingredients but it was okay.
Disliked: There was mold in the bathroom of our first hotel room. Half the hotel was covered in water damage and mold. The entire pool room had water leaking from the ceiling and walls. The pool showers didn’t work.

Liked: Breakfast Buffet was good, there were many choices to choose from, good flavor.The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: I had reserved a room with two queens' beds and a sofa bed, once we got there, we did not have the sofa bed which was very inconvenience. I am a regular coffee drinker-there was none in the room when I arrived. I contacted from the front deskand offered for me to go pick some up at front, and the receptionist offered to send me coffee, only that they only had decaffeinated, which I do not consume. The tub was broken. There was a lot of Snow Saturday night into early am, not salt was placed throughout the parking lot to facilitate people's navigation within the property.

Liked: The hotel and room were both nice and clean. They have an indoor heated pool and a continental breakfast that was nice. The also have an Indian Restaurant called Keshar that we didn’t eat at but it looked nice.
Disliked: No hot tub.

Liked: Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Great breakfast! Delicious restaurant on site.
Disliked: Our kids said the indoor pool could have been a little warmer☺️

Liked: Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. We loved the decor of the rooms.
Disliked: We were given a different room than what we reserved on booking. We had already settled in when I brought it to their attention. They did offer to let us change rooms. We decided not to pack up and change rooms.
