First time ever staying there...

Liked: Location, cleanliness
Disliked: Got to our room . Inside was over 90 degrees! Not sure if cooling / heating unit malfunction. Barely enough hot water . Luke warm at best . First time ever staying there we had any issues.

All went well

Liked: Very good breakfast.
Disliked: Asked to extend checkout but was told a 1/2 hour was all that was possible.

Liked: The breakfast setting was excellent and the two servers were lovely and they made sure we got everything that we were looking for , they're the best , and I also want to mention the receptionist they're the best and the house keepers did a good job , I would give a five star⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Liked: The convenience of where the hotel is located, the staff was friendly, clean rooms!
Disliked: We didn’t have any warm/hot water our second day there which was frustrating. We called the front desk twice about it and got told they couldn’t do anything besides reset the water heater and that it was probably caused by too many people showering at that time. We had stayed at this hotel twice previously and have never ran into this problem. We were rooms away from (we’re assuming) a travel sports team and they were so loud throughout the mornings and in the evening.
