Good location, the rest is...

Liked: The location is quite good.
Disliked: In order to enter the hotel, I had to use the intercom to call the reception each time.It’s annoying, to say the least.There were no complimentary bottles of water, no tea, or coffee.They also use some weird strong perfumes in the room/on the bed linen, which I didn’t like, since I’m allergic to such things.The breakfast was passable, not great, not terrible.

Good location, service and breakfast....

Liked: Great service, available 24/7. Great location near metro and tram stops, plus a shopping street and a supermarket right around the corner. The room was cleaned upon request every day without extra charges and it was very spacious for three people. The breakfast was very good and versatile.
Disliked: The shower ”flooded” to the floor as it did not have proper sides, only an elevated platform and a too short shower curtain. We had to use towels to dry the floor. The sheet covers in beds were basically just two undersheets with a blanket between them, which was not very convenient.

Hotel is close to city...

Liked: Hotel is close to city center and shopping area but the room was so tiny and breakfast was poor.

Amazing Hotel to stay.

Liked: The Hotel is amazing. The location is perfect, 3 min walk from the station. Duomo is only 3 stops from the hotel. Amazing breakfast with loads of options. Room very nice and comfy beds, nice shower too. The customer service is perfect. A big thank you to Danielle from reception , always there to help you and give information.
Disliked: Nothing was all perfect.

Clean room at Ai suma

Liked: The room is very clean and neat. The WiFi is great, AC works perfectly, they allowed me to leave my bag in the hotel for few hours after checkout.
Disliked: The bathroom is too small it can be bigger
