Liked: The location was fantastic! It was so nice to be able to walk everywhere and enjoy historic downtown St Augustine
Disliked: It was very loud as the establishment right next door plays live music ALL DAY until 11pm. We got great sleep at night! It was very quiet and no noise from the patrons in the street. I just wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful room to rest in during the day. They did have earplugs and a sound machine in the room for us which we appreciated!

Liked: Great location in Downtown. Home made breakfast.
Disliked: Carpet was dirty, guests arguing in the middle of the night, shower faucet broken, cold water in shower not working. Also, someone tried to access the room twice. I’m assuming it was staff but did not knock, just tried to use key to enter.
