Liked: The main plus was the ease and availability of parking.The main disappointment was the breakfast. The orange juice on all days was watery and lacked taste. The bacon and ham was very greasy.

Great hotel, ideal for the...

Liked: Stayed here for 1 night inbetween flying into Madrid and catching the train to Jerez. Comfortable hotel a 10 minute walk from the train station. We requested a double bed, and on arrival were offered a double, but this was on a floor that the lift didn't go to, and for one night we weren't too bothered, but it was nice to have the choice. Breakfast was really good value for money, with lots of variety and good quality fruits, meats, cheeses, pastries and hot items. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

Not a real 4-stars but...

Liked: Room is of good size, not exciting but okBed is wonderfulLocation is ok - walking distance from Atocha, close to the Retiro park, safe (although close to the train station)
Disliked: Coffee machine or at least an electrical pot is a must for 4-stars hotelStaff was not great, plus a lane due to the slow workCafeteria is very poor (I didn't take breakfasts but stopped to have some coffee there)

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly, the location was good, breakfast was very good, the overall standard is great.
Disliked: The Pillows were too high and hard
