Liked: The staff were exceptionally kind
Disliked: Isolated, they need to run a shuttle service to Palm Springs. I think they would benefit so much from it. Even in house excursions would be great, there are no many opportunities they are not looking at. I know they have casino and theatre but it could be so much more

It’s not worth the $600...

Liked: When I arrived at the hotel and resort, we did Valley parking. The stuff was OK then we went to go check in. We didn’t have a bellhop so we had to carry our own bags in when we were checking in. Everything was smooth. We didn’t really get the best directions to our room, but we found it Got to our room. Everything was seemingly OK until I got to the bathroom where there were little black hairs everywhere in the bathtub and the spare pillow and blanket thank God I didn’t have to use had hairs all over it as well. You could see it through the plastic we ordered room service a steak dinner mediocre. They have really not met my expectations for a $600 room with a balcony that stairs directly out onto the roof.
Disliked: I can’t say I liked very much about this whole experience other than I got a few hours of sleep
