Incredible views for reasonable price.

Liked: Our stay in Moneglia was wonderful!We got to experience shoulder season and a rainy cinque terre which has its very own charm.Bruno was very helpful and even picked us up from the station as it was pouring down.Waking up to the incredible view of the seafront and the foggy mountains was really something special!I bet this place is amazing in summer too.
Disliked: I struggle to find anything negative here but maybe some additions to the kitchen equipment would be good.For example a kettle.

Disliked: Nothing related to agriturismo, garden is not maintained. Very small apartment for 4persons, the second bed literally is in the kitchen. Everything is old, not clean enough and not always working. No air conditioning will be a problem when temp outside is more than 30. Bruno is a nice owner but he needs to invest some money and renovate it.

Liked: Bruno is very friendly.The road to the village is not easy to drive for somebody without experience in the mountains, but it is possible.
Disliked: For the hot summer the apartments need a modern fan. It was too hot.

What a view !

Liked: The view ! For me it was all about that open view over the sea from our private terrace. Bruno was an excellent host: friendly, welcoming, helpful, responsive communication

Wonderful view on the sunny,...

Liked: A truly exceptional location high above the sea. There were sun loungers on the sunny terrace (albeit without soft cushions), so we were able to enjoy 4 lovely days with sea views in a quiet area surrounded by nature. The apartment was clean. The possibility to park the car right next to the front door (also shady) was very convenient. We prepared ourselves well and brought all the food and drinks with us so that we didn't even need to leave the place.
Disliked: The view was brilliant, but I'm supposed to rate the accommodation here. The first impression was positive. We were greeted nicely, shown the accommodation and how to leave it (to get to the village (Moneglia)). The host was friendly, tested the functionality of the kitchenette with us and then quickly disappeared again. At second glance, however, we realized that the apartment was in very poor condition. Everything was literally falling apart. The towel rails in the bathroom were only half anchored in the wall. The cupboard doors and the table showed signs of damage (they were worn, cracked, old, and ready for disposal). The gas cooker was functional, but there was a lack of decent cooking equipment (luckily we brought a good pan, oils, spices, kitchen roll, baking paper and decent knives with us). You should definitely arrive well equipped so that you can do anything at all there. After 2 days the fridge door started to open spontaneously and didn't close properly. There was no air conditioning, just a very old ceiling fan that was ineffective. There were no mosquito nets on the windows.Overall everything was very sparse. No decoration. Nothing to give the whole thing a homely/ cosy feel. It was a dump with no charm and only the bare minimum. We would come back for the view, but if you want to stay inside, you should look for something else. I think the price of >€100 per night is almost cheeky for what is on offer here. What a shame!
