Superb
Liked: The hotel is just a 5 mins walk away from the Lausanne main train station. There are several bakeries and restaurants nearby. The male receptionist who served us (we didn't catch his name. All we know is that he's French. Pls let us know his name) was an absolute delight! He was warm and friendly and willing to help us.
Disliked: The bathroom light switches are not separate from the rest of the room, and we didn't expect the glass windows between the toilet/shower room and the sleeping area. That room might be for couples, but we weren't.

Good, except for the bathroom
Liked: Clean, nice location, friendly staff
Disliked: A translucent partition to the toilet and shower is not acceptable in a hotel room. There should be a bathroom with a proper door. And the sliding partition didn't close fully. Otherwise an excellent hotel.

I had a lovely stay...
Liked: The location is incredibly convenient-just a short walk from the main train station, which made my arrival and departure very smooth. Also, it's located just two metro stops away from the city center.The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: My stay at the hotel was lovely, though I felt the breakfast could use some improvements. While the basics were available, the selection was somewhat limited, and it would be nice to see a wider variety of fresh options such as more fruits and hot dishes. The quality of what was offered was good, though. And the view from the restaurant is just amazing.
