Superb

Liked: The hotel was amazing and the location was beautiful.
Disliked: I had a mixed experience with staff. I was contacted about extras on the room. When I rang the first lady suggested to not pay for the upgrade to lake view as it wasn't very busy (which was great). When I rang to add some other extras on the room a second lady basically said if I don't book and pay for the upgrade a probably won't get one. So I paid. On arrival I was told the upgrade was complimentary and they removed the upgrade from my bill. On check out the second lady (confirmed by her)from the phone gave me a bill for the upgrade and one of the extras I already paid for. She suggested even though I was told it was complimentary because I agreed to pay her on the phone that I still had to pay. After a small disagreement she reluctantly agreed I didn't have to pay the bill. It was very disappointing as we had a lovely stay spoilt at the end. Both on the call and at the desk this lady was a little abrupt. All other staff were lovely.
