Lovely accommodation and will tell...

Liked: The room was lovely and close to my reason for staying. Proximity to local restaurants and the back gate entrance was a plus
Disliked: Check in staff were great. Check out staff not so much. Very cold and uninterested. Kinda felt that since they got my money and I was leaving there was no need to be cordial. Didn’t ask how our stay was and literally took the key off my wife nd threw aside. Didn’t offer a copy of the folio or offerTo send email. Had to have my Admin call to get a copy
