Polite, courteous and approachable staff.

Liked: - Highly professional, courteous, responsible and approachable staff.- Daily Room cleaning carried out by housekeeping staff was immaculate.- Wi-Fi Connectivity was ideal to work from home.- Room had large windows with good sunlight.- The location of the hotel was very close to a Metro station. Super Market was around 400 mtrs away. Duomo / City centre can be reached directly from from the hotel with a direct metro (20-25 minutes away).
Disliked: - The images of standard double room on booking.com was misguiding and did not match with the actual room. Shower area was too tiny due to improper location of taps / shower head, a tall person can hardly stand under the shower.- The entire bathroom gets flooded as shower area is not well concealed.- My wife and I, both had rashes when we woke up in the morning every day, perhaps the mattress had bedbugs. We checked out a night earlier due to this.- The safe in the room is match box sized, which only fits a men's wallet. Also, you need to collect the safe key from the reception.

Liked: We were very satisfied with everything during our two-night stay. The breakfast quality and variety were excellent, the room was stylish and modern, and the hotel location was great. The hotel also had dedicated parking, which cost €15 per night. Special thanks to Mr. Fabio at the reception, who was very helpful and provided us with great guidance.
